I qualified in Osteopathic and Naturopathic Medicine in 2005 and have been a doula for 20 years

I provide high quality training for birth professionals as well as doula support, antenatal education & hypnobirthing for families

I offer Bitesize Birth Lectures covering various subjects from biomechanics, physiology and anatomy to non-violent and trauma informed communication as well as an online hypnobirthing training and an online antenatal course.
